A MILLION SMILES ASSOCIATION is an organization that has as its mission to prevent child abuse and create awareness on issues surrounding children in all spheres of their lives.
AMSA Fight against child labor, early marriages, malnutrition and strive to be partners with local government authorities in the education of needy children to support needy children especially orphans displaced by the war raging For Example in the Northwest and Southwest Regions of the country and also to create opportunities of vocational training for mothers of needy children.

Organize awards for needy children who excel in academic and in social domains such as volunteering in local community activities.
